SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN PLANS
Space planning begins with the process of taking on-site measurements of each room, and creating scaled floor plans and elevations that show furniture placement which demonstrates the best flow in the rooms. Effective furniture placement in the plans will help to utilize focal points, enhance conversation areas, task areas, and compartmentalize open spaces. From the time you walk into the home, every area is designed for purpose and aesthetics.
This service includes:

On-site measurements taken of each room needed for new construction design or redesign projects upon first meeting in the residential or commercial space.

All rooms to be photographed showing architectural details, finishes, backgrounds, and focal points. Photograph furniture items that will remain in specific rooms to coordinate with new design styles.

Digital space plans, floor plan views, and elevations with furniture and fixtures to scale in each room needed (approximately 2-3 per room depending on room size.)

Digital presentation of color boards for each room with specified materials, furniture, and fixtures.

With new construction and redesign projects, clients will provide architectural plans or blueprints for space planning and furniture plans to be created.​
